3K, 5K & 10K Fundraising Event

On Valentines Day, February 14th, 2009, get ready to run for "Two Sisters-One Heart"! We are holding a fundraising event for Emma and Taylor--Valentines seemed the perfect day for it! The Non-Profit Organization, "Two Sisters-One Heart" is raising funds to kick off the continued health for the twins and ultimately, provide financial help to those parents of conjoined twins who do not survive.

This is going to be AWESOME! I have a small army of friends working on this....it's going to be BIG, with runs/walks, sponsored breakfast & lunch, vendors, activities---perfect for the whole family!

For Registration & Information or to sponsor, check out the site at:

Wow, this looks like it will be amazing. I was just forwarded the info from a friend and surprised to see that we used to be in the same ward as Tor and Mandy! We will be there!

Dear Mandy and Tor,

I saw your documentary, "Two Sisters, One Heart" on t.v. (it's actually still on, I stopped watching to do a google search and found your blog). Emma and Taylor are such little cuties and your entire family is beyond beautiful.

The story of Emma and Taylor is one of the most amazing I've ever heard and I tried to blame it on my fluctuating hormones due to P.M.S. for the reason I was getting misty eyed while watching, but who am I kidding. (I cried for the beauty and amazingness of your family, not for anything people might consider "sad".)

If I had a million dollars I'd donate it all to those gorgeous little ones without a single regret. I wish all of you the very best and God bless every one of you!

Love,

~Ami

Mandy and Tor,

I wish your beautiful family all the best. Emma and Taylor will be in my prayers every night from now on. (as well as the rest of your clan). I saw your documentary, "Two Sisters, One Heart" on t.v. and my breath was literally taken away at what an amazing, wonderful family you have.

God bless you all!

Mandy and Tor,

Sorry for the multiple comments. My computer froze up after I entered my first one and I didn't know if it "took" or not so I wrote out another to be safe. Just to let you know. lol.

Mandy Bailey! It's Chira! It's been a long time since I've heard any updates from you! Last Tina told me you on bed rest in the hospital! I hope you know I still think you're the most amazing person ever! I wish we still lived in AZ so we could come be part of all the fund-raising action! I can't believe your girls are already 2!! They're beautiful--wait, you ALL are gorgeous! I wish you the best of luck with everything!!

Your family is amazing! We are excited to attend the fundraiser and will try to help spread the word. I have twin girls myself, so learning about Emma and Taylor's situation really touched me. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your sweet girls.

How are the girls now, and will they be having the surgery? They are so adorable! I have a fraternal twin sister and love being a twin...I'm sure that your girls have a special bond as well.
